Staff member Dieter Menzel

 

Since 2008 Dieter especially is responsible for the finish of our guitars. This doesn't only include the neat varnishing but also a good sanding between the layers. From time to time Dieter helps us with his skills as a trained carpenter by working on parts for our guitars in the machine room.

He already worked for over 30 years as a carpenter before he joined us. At this time he participated in numerous courses on surface engineering for wood surfaces. This helps him now with his function as varnisher.

In his spare time Dieter is really busy with his big family, but occasionally he also enjoys gardening and fitness training.
